Shipping & Freight
How your fireplace ships
Every unit ships directly from the manufacturer's US warehouse. Lighter wall-mount and insert models typically go by ground carrier (UPS or FedEx). Larger linear, built-in and fireplace TV-stand units ship LTL freight, curbside, with liftgate service, anywhere in the lower 48. Freight is included in the price shown on the product page unless the page says otherwise.
Delivery windows
- Processing: typically 1-3 business days after payment clears; each product page shows the lead time for that model.
- Ground: 2-6 business days in transit.
- LTL freight: 5-10 business days in transit. The carrier calls you to book a delivery window, so use a phone number you answer.
What curbside with liftgate means
The driver lowers the carton to the ground at the curb or the end of your driveway. Inside delivery, stairs and unpacking are not included. Have a second person available for anything over 100 lb.
On delivery: inspect before you sign
Look at the carton with the driver present. Write any dent, crushed corner or broken glass on the delivery receipt before you sign, take photos, and email us within 48 hours. We file the freight claim with the carrier and get a replacement moving. Damage that is not noted on the receipt is much harder to claim, for you and for us.
Where we ship
Continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes: ask first; freight on a fireplace to those addresses is quoted per unit.
