Overall dimensions
All sizes are 15.625 in high and 6.4616 in deep. Actual widths are 32.375, 42.25, 50.25, 60.25, 74.25, 88.25 and 100.25 in for the corresponding nominal sizes.
Before ordering
Availability is confirmed with Amantii after checkout. If the selected model is backordered and the revised timing is unacceptable, Hogarazo will cancel and refund before the supplier order is released. Currently available for Illinois curbside delivery.
Have a qualified local installer and a licensed electrician where required verify the current manual, rough opening, clearances, electrical supply, heater discharge, permits and local code before purchase or construction. Hogarazo does not perform installation, electrical work or code review.
Delivery and returns
Included Illinois curbside freight. Inspect the shipment before signing; visible damage must be written on the carrier receipt and reported to Hogarazo immediately. Buyer-remorse returns require an unopened, new-in-package item and an RMA request within seven days of delivery; the buyer is responsible for return freight. Lifestyle images may show optional media kits sold separately.

Every delivery fact is confirmed for the exact product and destination before payment.
Eligible electric fireplaces ship by parcel or LTL only after Hogarazo verifies the SKU, sellable availability, actual origin, destination ZIP and quoted service. We do not promise one warehouse, method or delivery service for every order.
What your quote confirms
- The exact product and variant.
- The origin, transportation method and current cost.
- Whether curbside, liftgate or another service is included.
- The estimated preparation and transit timing.
Preparation timing is verified for each live product. A quote may state a 3–10 business-day transit estimate after carrier pickup, or a different model- and destination-specific estimate. Only the estimate on the accepted quote and order acknowledgment applies, and no transit estimate is a guaranteed delivery date.
If we learn that an order cannot ship within the stated window, Hogarazo will notify the customer and offer the legally required choice to accept the revised timing or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. Do not schedule irreversible framing, finish work or installer labor from an estimate.
Freight delivery
If LTL applies, the quote will state the included service. Curbside delivery does not include entry into the home, stairs, room placement, unpacking or installation. Do not assume liftgate service is included unless it appears in the quote.
Receiving and freight damage
- Inspect the packaging before signing.
- Note visible damage on the carrier receipt.
- Photograph the packaging, labels and product.
- Notify Hogarazo immediately so we can open the carrier and manufacturer case.
Hogarazo provides product, specification and manufacturer-document guidance. Hogarazo does not transport or install the product and does not control the carrier.

Warranty & returns
Warranty, condition and packaging are verified for the exact SKU before payment.
An eligible product is supported only under the applicable written manufacturer warranty for the exact model. The quote and product page identify the current documents and conditions; Hogarazo does not extend or replace the manufacturer's warranty.
What is covered
Coverage may be parts-only. Labor, on-site diagnosis, removal, reinstallation, return freight and installation modifications are not assumed to be covered. The applicable written manufacturer warranty for the exact model controls every covered component, exclusion, term and remedy.
Hogarazo does not perform installation, certify third-party work or promise that a claim will be approved. We do organize evidence and administer the initial manufacturer communication for products purchased from Hogarazo.
Freight damage is not warranty damage
Visible damage at delivery is handled as a freight claim. Note it on the carrier receipt, take photographs and contact us immediately before installation or disposal of the packaging.
Buyer-remorse returns
The accepted quote states whether the exact product is returnable. A returnable launch-fireplace order generally requires a request within seven days of delivery, while the product is unopened and uninstalled, plus prior RMA approval. A 20% restocking fee may apply, together with actual original outbound freight and return freight. A product disclosed before payment as special order or final sale is not eligible for a buyer-remorse return. Defects, freight damage, wrong items and rights that cannot be waived are handled separately.
