Kinsovia Shipping Policy

We currently ship The Bed Reset orders to United States addresses that our fulfillment supplier and its carriers can service. Standard shipping is free.

After payment is confirmed, we submit the order to our U.S. fulfillment supplier. The supplier’s current estimate is 1–3 business days to process an order. Carrier transit is currently estimated at 3–7 business days after the carrier accepts the package. These times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by inventory, address, carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking is emailed after it becomes available from the carrier. A shipping label or tracking number does not by itself mean that the carrier has accepted the package.

Please review your shipping address before ordering. Use our contact form as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after supplier processing starts.

If our supplier cannot fulfill an order or no carrier can serve the submitted address, we will cancel the order and refund the payment to the original payment method. If an order is materially delayed before carrier acceptance, we will email the customer with the option to continue waiting or cancel for a refund.
