Hogarazo is an online store operated by Conecta Media LLC in Illinois.

Online checkout and order-specific delivery terms

Products available for online checkout can be purchased directly. The product page and checkout show the included delivery scope and estimated timing. After checkout, Hogarazo confirms the exact model, supplier availability and destination details before releasing the order to the supplier. If availability changes and the revised timing is unacceptable, we cancel and refund before supplier release. For a product that requires a quote, we verify the exact product, variant, availability, destination ZIP, ship-from location, transportation method, quoted freight charge, included delivery service and estimated shipment timing before sending a payable invoice. We do not promise that every product uses one warehouse, carrier, geography, transit window, curbside service or liftgate arrangement.

The product page, checkout and order acknowledgment identify the terms for an online order; an accepted quote identifies the terms for a quoted order. If a material delivery fact is missing or unclear, ask Hogarazo before paying. Pre-purchase help is optional for products available for online checkout.

Shipment timing and delays

Shipment estimates shown on the product page, at checkout or in a quote are checked against current supplier availability before supplier release. Transit begins only after carrier pickup and is separate from preparation. All shipment and delivery dates are estimates unless Hogarazo expressly states otherwise in writing.

If we learn that the order cannot ship within the stated window, Hogarazo will notify the customer and offer the legally required choice to accept the revised timing or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. Do not schedule irreversible framing, finish work or installer labor from an estimate.

Delivery method and access

The product page and checkout, or an accepted quote where applicable, state the included delivery service. Amantii and Sierra Flame fireplace delivery includes curbside liftgate service in the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Orivon fulfills directly, with curbside delivery included in the same current delivery area; do not assume liftgate or white-glove service is included for Orivon. Curbside delivery does not include entry into a home, stairs, room placement, unpacking or installation. Before payment, disclose islands, ferries, gated communities, construction sites, steep or unpaved approaches, limited-access roads, restricted truck access or other conditions that may require a different service or charge.

Inspect before signing

Inspect the packaging before signing the carrier receipt. Photograph the shipment and labels, note visible damage on the receipt, refuse a severely damaged shipment, keep all packaging and notify Hogarazo immediately. The applicable product and order terms, carrier instructions and Return, Cancellation, Damage and Warranty Policy state the claim process and supplier-specific deadlines.

Installation is separate

Hogarazo provides product, specification and manufacturer-document guidance. Hogarazo does not transport or install the product, approve plans or certify site conditions. The customer contracts directly with qualified independent professionals for final fit, electrical service, permits and installation.
