About Hogarazo

A person to help you choose and manage your order

Hogarazo is a Chicago-based online store operated by Conecta Media LLC. We are an authorized dealer for Amantii and Sierra Flame electric fireplaces and Orivon home saunas and cold plunge tubs.

We help homeowners, builders and designers compare exact models, manufacturer specifications, sizes and delivery details. You can order online or ask for help before purchasing. We support customers in English and Spanish.

From model selection to delivery

After checkout, we confirm supplier availability and delivery timing before releasing the order to the supplier. If the revised timing is unacceptable, we cancel and refund before supplier release. Amantii fireplace orders ship through the Amantii supplier lane; Orivon fulfills its products directly. Delivery estimates and warranty terms vary by product.

Included curbside delivery serves the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Curbside delivery does not include carrying the product inside, assembly or installation. Review the selected product page and our shipping guide for the delivery scope.

Prepare the space with your independent professional

Electrical requirements, clearances and approved installation methods vary by model. Review the current manufacturer manual with your qualified installer or electrician. Hogarazo provides product and document guidance; your independent professional verifies final fit, electrical service, permits and local code and performs the installation.

Call or text 773-930-2260, or use our contact form. Shop Pay Installments may be available at checkout, subject to eligibility.
