Amantii Symmetry vs Panorama BI: Buying Guide

Amantii Symmetry vs Panorama BI: Buying Guide

Two Amantii built-in families, and what separates them

Amantii builds two lines of built-in electric fireplaces that solve different framing problems. Symmetry is the shallower line, sold in a standard and an Xtra Tall height, each with a Bespoke version. Panorama BI is the trimless full-view line, sold in four depths: XtraSlim, Slim, Deep and Deep XT. Here are the depths, heights, size runs, media and prices for all eight.

Amantii Symmetry: Lumina, Bespoke, Xtra Tall and Xtra Tall Bespoke

Symmetry splits along two independent choices: the standard 15.625 in cabinet against the 20.125 in Xtra Tall cabinet, which is also much deeper, and standard against Bespoke, which adds Bluetooth speakers and fire-crackle sound.

Model Depth Height Sizes Media included Starting price
Symmetry Lumina 6.4616 in 15.625 in 34 to 100 in, 7 sizes Glass media and oak log set from $1,899
Symmetry Bespoke 6.4616 in 15.625 in 34 to 100 in, 7 sizes Not listed from $2,299
Symmetry Xtra Tall 11.75 in 20.125 in 34 to 100 in, 7 sizes Kits sold separately from $2,099
Symmetry Xtra Tall Bespoke 12 in 20.125 in 50 to 100 in, 5 sizes Kits sold separately from $3,999

Symmetry Lumina vs Symmetry Bespoke

These share the same 6.4616 in depth and 15.625 in height at every size, so they drop into an identical rough opening and cover the same 34, 42, 50, 60, 74, 88 and 100 in run. Symmetry Lumina is listed for full recessed or semi-flush mounting in a 2 x 4 wall, with the SYM-XS surround required for semi-flush. It has a clean face with no visible heat vents, canopy and ember-bed lighting in 11 colors, and glass media plus an oak log set.

Symmetry Bespoke uses the same recessed or semi-flush format with front heat, and both include Wi-Fi app control and a thermostatic remote. Bespoke adds Bluetooth speakers with fire-crackle sound plus adjustable flame speed and brightness, on a heater listed at up to 1,500 W. You pay $400 more at 34 in for that, in the same wall cavity.

Symmetry Xtra Tall vs Symmetry Xtra Tall Bespoke

Symmetry Xtra Tall is the one for more glass: 20.125 in high with an 18 in tall viewing area and hidden venting, and a two-stage heater at the inner top so heat flows over the glass. It is hard-wire ready including thermostat hard-wire, ships with a black surround, requires trim, and has canopy lighting in 13 colors. The taller opening costs depth: 11.75 in rather than 6.4616 in.

Symmetry Xtra Tall Bespoke is 12 in deep at the same 20.125 in height and adds Bluetooth speakers with fire-crackle sound, temperature control from 59 to 82 degrees F, adjustable ember-bed colors and a clear reduced trim kit for a larger viewing area. Its heater is listed at 1,500 W on standard wiring and can be wired to 220 V. Plan around two things: it starts at 50 in, ruling itself out of narrow openings, and it is the priciest of the eight at every shared size.

Amantii Panorama BI: XtraSlim, Slim, Deep and Deep XT

Each step up in depth also changes the cabinet height and glass opening, so depth and proportion are one decision.

Model Depth Height Sizes Media included Starting price
Panorama BI XtraSlim 4 in 19.875 in 30 to 60 in, 4 sizes Clear glass media from $1,499
Panorama BI Slim 6.75 in 23.625 in 40 to 88 in, 5 sizes ICE media kit from $2,199
Panorama BI Deep 12 in 23.625 in 40 to 88 in, 5 sizes Glass media from $3,199
Panorama BI Deep XT 12.625 in 29.5 in 40 to 88 in, 5 sizes Glass media from $2,899

Panorama BI XtraSlim is the shallowest unit at 4 in, with an 11 7/8 in tall opening, and the only Panorama BI that goes down to 30 in. It ships with clear glass media, a black steel surround and a thermostatic remote, on a two-stage 1,465 W high / 750 W low heater on a standard 120 V circuit.

Panorama BI Slim moves to 6.75 in deep in a taller 23.625 in cabinet with an 11 7/8 to 12 in glass opening, and it is the one that ships with the ICE media kit: large glass chunks with clear and blue diamond media, plus a black steel surround. It uses the same heater as XtraSlim.

Panorama BI Deep keeps the 23.625 in height but nearly doubles Slim's depth to 12 in, and includes glass media plus black metal trim. Panorama BI Deep XT is both the deepest at 12.625 in and the tallest at 29.5 in, with a 17.75 in tall viewing area, black glass side panels, a mirrored media tray and a black steel surround in the box. Check prices before assuming the order: Deep XT starts at $2,899, $300 below the $3,199 start of the shorter Panorama BI Deep, and stays cheaper at 50, 60, 72 and 88 in.

Which one to pick

  • Flush wall, minimal build-out. For a recessed or semi-flush install in a 2 x 4 wall, Symmetry Lumina and Symmetry Bespoke are 6.4616 in deep. For a trimless face with finish material run to the glass, Panorama BI XtraSlim is shallower still at 4 in.
  • Taller openings. Symmetry Xtra Tall gives an 18 in viewing area in a 20.125 in cabinet at 11.75 in deep. With more depth to spare, Panorama BI Deep XT reaches 29.5 in overall.
  • Deeper flame bed. Panorama BI Deep at 12 in and Deep XT at 12.625 in leave the most room behind the glass.
  • Sound. Only the two Bespoke models add Bluetooth speakers with fire-crackle sound. All eight include Wi-Fi app control.
  • Narrow openings. Under 40 in, the choices are the three Symmetry models that start at 34 in and Panorama BI XtraSlim at 30 in.

What is the same across all eight

Every model plugs into a standard 120V outlet, and some larger units can optionally be hardwired to 240V by an electrician for more heat. None need a chimney, gas line or venting. Hogarazo is an authorized Amantii dealer. Units ship by LTL freight from the supplier warehouse in Iowa, with curbside liftgate delivery included to the 48 contiguous states, and Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout.
