If the revised timing is unacceptable, Hogarazo cancels and refunds before the supplier order is released. Confirm your doorway, floor and dedicated circuit with a qualified local installer or licensed electrician where required; Hogarazo does not perform installation or electrical work.

Delivery, warranty and returns

Curbside delivery is included in the 48 contiguous states and DC and does not include carry-in or assembly. Inspect the shipment before signing and report visible damage to Hogarazo immediately; Orivon handles damage and defect claims under its documented procedure, with evidence requested within seven days of delivery. Non-defective sales are final. Installation, electrical work and site approval are not included.
